Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner to use if you have a liver disorder, an iron deficiency, have diabetes, hypoglycemia, hypertension, liver disease or leucopenia. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
