Ingredients:

| Zinc (zinc bisglycinate) | 20 mg |
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg.), silicon dioxide, and magne-sium stearate (veg.).
Recommended Dose: Adults take one tablet one to two times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Caution: If pregnant or breast-feeding, or taking tetra-cyclines, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency; if you are uncertain whether you are receiving adequate copper, consult your healthcare practitioner. For adult use only.
