Recommended adult dose
1 capsule daily, taken at mealtimes, or as directed by a health care practitioner. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner if you experience gastrointestinal disturbances. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner, an anti-inflammatory or an antibiotic, or if you are having surgery. Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Keep out of the reach of children.
