DOSAGE
Mix 1-2 teaspoons 1-2 times daily in a serving of water or juice. Follow with one or more glasses of water or as directed by your health care practitioner.As a gentle colon cleanse:3-5 teaspoons of powder once per day for three days or 15 capsules twice daily for three days. Follow each dose with 1-2 glasses of water.
