1 tablet contains: Dry extract (4-6:1) of Melissa officinalis L. (Lemon balm leaf) 112.5 mg; Dry extract (3-6:1) of Valeriana officinalis L. (Valerian root) 125 mg;  Dry extract *5-7:1) of Passiflora incarnata L. (Passionflower herb top) 80 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Glucose syrup, Silica, Maltodextrin, Cellulose, Stearic acid, Croscarmellose sodium, Talcum, Calcium carbonate, Sucrose, Acacia gum, Tragacanth, beeswax white, Carnauba wax, Shellac. 

Dosage

Recommended Dosage

Adults ≥ 18 years: 1-4 tablets once per day. Take at or before bedtime. The tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid.
