Medicinal Ingredients
100 mg per capsule: A 5:1 concentration, each capsule contains the equivalent of 500 mg of dried Certified Organic Chastetree (Vitex agnus-castus, fruit)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Hypromellose (vegicap), Certified Organic maltodextrin (Alcohol Free).
Dosage
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule, 2 times daily, with a little water.
Duration of Use
Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial results.
