Recommended Dose:

Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older): Press the tablet out of the blister and put it on the tongue, do not swallow but let it melt slowly without crushing.

Acute Dosing:At the first sign of symptoms, take one tablet as early as possible. If symptoms persist, take one tablet two or three times during the day

General Dosing: Take one tablet in the morning and in the evening for two to three days or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
